Throughout these Terms, “Pawveylo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pawveylo and its operator. “You” and “customer” refer to a person accessing the website or purchasing a product.

By accessing the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility

Pawveylo remains the customer’s primary contact for order support under its published store policies.

Pawveylo may offer:

• Promotional products
• Limited-edition products
• Supplier-dependent products

Product availability, price, packaging, sizes, colors, and variants may change.

7. Orders

Pawveylo may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:

An automated order confirmation does not always represent final acceptance.

When Pawveylo cancels a paid order before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

8. Prices and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Price changes generally do not affect accepted orders, except where an obvious technical or pricing error occurred.

Discount codes:

• Must be applied before checkout is completed.

• Generally cannot be applied after an order is placed.

9. Payments

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, damaged-product claims, missing-item claims, and lost-package claims are governed by the Pawveylo Return and Refund Policy.

By submitting content, the customer confirms that:

• They own the content or have permission to submit it.
• It reflects a genuine experience.
• It does not violate another person’s rights.

The customer grants Pawveylo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, translate, and distribute submitted content for store operations, marketing, and promotional purposes where legally permitted.

14. Intellectual Property

Pawveylo branding, logos, website design, written content, graphics, owned photographs, videos, software, and promotional materials are owned by or licensed to Pawveylo.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Pawveylo content without written permission.

15. Prohibited Uses

Customers may not use the website:

• For unlawful activities
• To commit fraud
• To submit false payment or identity information
• To abuse return or chargeback systems
• To distribute malicious software
• To interfere with website security
• To collect data without authorization
• To impersonate another person
• To violate intellectual-property rights

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Pawveylo’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify Pawveylo from reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

22. Suspension or Termination

Rights and obligations arising before termination will continue where applicable.

Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts where the Pawveylo legal operator is registered, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and information displayed during checkout, form the agreement between Pawveylo and the customer.

Pawveylo may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, suppliers, services, website operations, or legal obligations.
